Our British suppliers are trailblazers in the halal meat market, having provided for some of the biggest luxury food giants in the United Kingdom.
They have provided us with our own exclusive supply of premium Aberdeen Black Angus beef that is entirely free-range, grass-fed, and non-stunned. After being dry-aged for an optimum number of days, we hand select our cuts to ensure they are as deliciously tender as our expert chefs intend them to be.
